Friday afternoon was a very special one for Daniel Fuzato, as he was called up to the senior Brazilian national team for the first time.
The young Brazilian shot-stopper will join Alisson and Ederson in the national set-up for November friendlies against Argentina and South Korea.
On Instagram, Fuzato reacted to the call-up with this inspirational message: “I could write a million things in this message, but even that wouldn't be enough to express what I'm feeling right now!
Never stop dreaming and believing, even if the goal seems impossible to reach. There will be lots of struggles and uncertanties along the way, but everything will be worth it in the end. Thank you my God for everything that has happened in my life!"
Coach Paulo Fonseca was also asked about the call-up in his pre-Milan press conference...
I admit it was a lovely surprise. I've already spoken about what a fine job Savorani has done as goalkeeping coach. We're very pleased and proud."
