Midfielder Kevin Strootman has issued an emotional farewell to the Roma fans, after his five-year spell at the club came to an end on Tuesday.
The Netherlands international completed a move to French side Olympique Marseille, ending his association after joining the Giallorossi in the summer of 2013.
Taking to Twitter after the move was officially announced, Strootman thanked both the club and the supporters in a series of video posts.
"It is very hard for me to leave this club," Strootman said. "It feels like home and you guys were always there to support me.
"I want to thank you for your everything, I’ll never forget it and always cherish it. I wish you all the best this season!"
