SERIE A TIM 2019-20 SEASON

AS Roma informs to all fans in possession of a season or a match-day ticket for the home matches versus Sampdoria and Udinese that, pursuant to art. 88 of D.L. 18/2020, the deadline for requesting a refund voucher expired on Thursday July 23rd, 2020 at 23:59 CET, therefore it is no longer possible to submit requests through the dedicated platform.

The vouchers requested by that date will be automatically loaded in the appropriate section "My vouchers", available in the personal area of the site asroma.vivaticket.it, within 15 days from the date of request.

Features of the voucher:

• can be used within 18 months from the date of issue, exclusively for season and/or match-day tickets for events organized by AS Roma at Stadio Olimpico starting from next season;
• it may be used in several transactions until the voucher runs out of credit;
• it can be transferable to other people;
• if the voucher credit is not fully spent by the last date, it will not be possible to recover the remaining credit.
