Women: Squad numbers set for 2022-23!

The upcoming season promises to be one of the most exciting yet for the Giallorosse, as Alessandro Spugna's side compete in the UEFA Women's Champions League for the first time.

The most notable update probably surrounds the No. 9 shirt - as summer signing Valenina Giacinti has opted to take the number.

Fellow recent arrivals Moeka Minami (2), Norma Cinotti (5) and Elin Landstrom (6) have also chosen their numbers.

Austria captain Carina Wenninger, meanwhile, will wear No. 23 this season.

The Giallorosse have a few more warm-up matches in pre-season, with games against Standard Liege and Fiorentina pencilled in for the coming weeks.

They will then travel to Scotland to face Glasgow City in the first phase of the Champions League on August 18.
