The next three rounds of the women's Primavera league campaignhave been postponed, due to the ongoing rise in cases surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.

La Divisione Calcio Femminile confirmed a decision to suspend the championship until the end of January, due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus among a number of the squads involved.

Roma Primavera - the reigning national champions - had been due to go up against Palermo, Sassuolo and Ravenna during the period in question.

Before the winter break Fabio Melillo's side beat San Marino 9-0 to return to the top of the fledgling standings, having won nine of their 11 games so far (drawing one of the others).
