Kluivert completes Nice loan move

The 22-year-old joins the Ligue 1 side, initially on a temporary basis, until 30 June 2022, with the overall loan payment comprising of both a fixed element and a target-related element.

The deal also includes the right for Nice to make the transfer permanent; a right that becomes an obligation if and when certain performance-related clauses are met.

The transfer fee, in that case, has been set at €15 million.

Kluivert, a Dutch international, joined the Giallorossi in the summer of 2018.

Since then he has gone on to make 68 appearances for the club in total, scoring nine goals.

He spent last season on loan at Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.
