International: Italy pay tribute to Spinazzola as they reach final

Italy beat Spain on penalties on Tuesday night to reach the final of Euro 2020.

At full-time the Azzurri made sure to pay tribute to Leonardo Spinazzola - the Roma full-back who suffered a serious injury during the quarter-final victory over Belgium.

As he begins his recovery from Achilles tendon surgery at home, Italy players all brandished 'Spinazzola 4' shirts in the post-match celebrations, singing his name as they made sure to include him in the festivities.

The final of Euro 2020 takes place on Sunday.

England or Denmark will be the other finalists.
