Two goals from Felipe Estrella Galeazzi, both of them equalisers, proved enough for the Under-19s - who progressed thanks to their higher league position during the regular season.

The team will now face Inter on Tuesday in Sassuolo.

"We knew about the physicality and the ability Chievo have," De Rossi said afterwards.

"They are a tough side to face, which we expected. We had to dig deep, especially late in the first half. But the character the lads showed has brought us into the semi-finals and that's something to be proud of."
