Roma Women's first home game postponed

Roma Women's first home game in Serie A, against Tavagnacco, has been postponed due to international call-ups. It was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday 29 September.

The new date for the fixture will be confirmed in due course.

The game has been suspended by the league, due to a number of international call-ups for the Italian Under-19 side, as they begin their qualification campaign for the European Championship.

Two other games, Chievo v. Pink Sport and Orobica v. Verona, have also been postponed.

Betty Bavagnoli's side will now next be in action on October 14, away to Verona, before making their first appearance at Stadio Tre Fontane in Serie A on Saturday 20 October against Juventus.

They began the league campaign last weekend, losing 3-2 away to Sassuolo.
