Medical tests have revealed that Ezequiel Ponce has sprained the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee
The Argentine striker twisted his knee in Roma Primavera's UEFA Youth League match against Barcelona on Tuesday, when he scored a brace to help the Giallorossi U19s come from 3-0 down to draw 3-3.
