Radja Nainggolan came on as a second-half substitute for Belgium in their 3-0 defeat of the Republic of Ireland on Saturday afternoon
The Giallorossi midfielder, who started the Red Devils' first game against Italy, replaced Mousa Dembele in the 57th minute.
Belgium are currently second in Group E on three points behind leaders Italy, who are already sure of a last-16 berth having taken maximum points from their first two matches.
Marc Wilmots' side will attempt to book their own place in the knockout stage when they play their final group fixture against Sweden on Wednesday 22 June at 21:00 CEST.
