Antonio Rudiger is keeping his spirits up after undergoing a knee operation on Saturday
Despite being ruled out of Euro 2016 due to injury, the German defender posted a cheery message on Twitter after going under the knife to have reconstructive ACL surgery on his right knee.
The 23-year-old got injured while training with the German national team in Evian in France on Tuesday.
