The coach was responding to questions about the players' and his own future at a media conference ahead of the Giallorossi's visit to Atalanta.
"No one's going anywhere before June," Spalletti explained. "We're all here and we have to keep working as hard as we can.
“As far as I'm concerned, none of the other talk affects me. I'm focused on getting results for Roma and nothing else. We have to channel all our efforts into winning our games without creating any fuss.
“In June we'll sit down and decide on the players, while the club will make a decision as far as my situation is concerned. Rumours – past or future – mean something but if I were to answer questions about the transfer market I'd be making a mistake and that's something the players shouldn't be doing in this period either. I'm not going to talk about next year. Everything except our current targets must be put to one side."
He then concluded: "I'm a coach with no feelings, with no soul. I'm thinking about Roma's results and nothing else.”
