The squad's visit to the Vatican comes at a time when the whole of Italy and the wider world is united in solidarity and prayers for the victims of the earthquake which struck central Italy on 24 August.
The club has decided to donate all proceeds from Saturday's friendly match against San Lorenzo to the Central Italy Earthquake Emergency fund.
