After the event to reveal the away kit and when Kevin Strootman met fans at the launch of the third strip, Friday saw more excitement involving the first team at the AS Roma Store branch on Via del Corso for the grand opening of the new Roma lounge in the heart of the Eternal City.
Stephan El Shaarawy, Juan Jesus and Mohamed Salah came along to inaugurate a place that will be home to Giallorossi passion.
The three players signed autographs and posed for photos with fans at the store.
Juan Jesus stopped to give his thoughts on the event and the store, which is not just any old shop but the place to go to experience AS Roma from every angle, thanks to a vast range of Giallorossi products as well as the historic shirts, trophies and Roma memorabilia on display.
"It was great to be a part of this event," the Brazilian told Roma TV. "It's one of the best shops in the world and I'm pleased to be here. This is the home of Roma.
"You've got everything here - the trophy room, an area where supporters can watch videos, and all you need in terms of official club products. It's nice to be here with the fans, as they always give us a great welcome. Both the supporters and the team are focused on the same goal, what's best for AS Roma."
