Chievo's Pellissier on facing Roma: We want an entertaining match

On Chievo v Roma...

"Had we been fighting for our lives against Roma and Atalanta the situation would have been different. However, we can go into the Roma game in relaxed mood and try to produce an entertaining match. I hope it's fun for us too and not just Roma."

On Totti...

"Unlike [Francesco] Totti, who could play standing still given he's a cut above technically, I've been fortunate in that my body has helped me out. It's withstood the demands of my age and allowed me to play my game, to keep making runs high up the pitch and find space."

On the reverse fixture...

"Every match is different. You can be flying yet not show up or you can produce a big performance during a tough spell. Roma have a big target and they showed against Juventus that they're in great form but we want to give our fans something to smile about."

On Roma's season...

"Roma and Napoli are two great sides and they both deserve to finish second. Their issue, however, has been dropping points against the smaller teams where they should have made a statement. Sure, maybe they've won the big games but league titles are built on beating the lesser lights."

On Chievo's campaign...

"It's been a very odd year. Crotone, Palermo and Pescara have almost always been in the drop zone. That made things easier for us and we secured our survival earlier than usual. That might however be what's been holding us back. When you're comfortable, you think you're better than you are and you lose that competitive edge. Yet we must always play at 100% - it's the only way we can compete."
