Team news: Radja captains side as Gerson and Gonalons start

With Daniele De Rossi rested at the Estadio Metropolitano, Nainggolan will lead the side out for the game - knowing a victory or draw will be enough to send the Giallorossi into the last-16 of the competition.

Elsewhere both Maxime Gonalons and Gerson start the game, while Bruno Peres slots in at right-back in the absence of Alessandro Florenzi.
