Patrik Schick will start for Roma in Sunday night's Serie A clash against AC Milan at the Stadio Olimpico.
The Czech Republic international makes his third league start for the Giallorossi, replacing Edin Dzeko as the main striker in Eusebio Di Francesco's formation.
Elsewhere, Bruno Peres comes in at right-back - while a three-man midfield of Lorenzo Pellegrini, Kevin Strootman and Radja Nainggolan means the latter midfielder wears the captain's armband.
