Daniele De Rossi and Patrik Schick have both been passed fit to be included in the squad for Sunday's game against Benevento - while three Primavera players have also received first call-ups to the matchday squad.
De Rossi and Schick both return to availability after recent absences, although it remains to be seen if either is considered fit enough to start the game at the Stadio Olimpico by coach Eusebio Di Francesco.
With Radja Nainggolan and Lorenzo Pellegrini both suspended, and defender Bruno Peres omitted from the squad for disciplinary reasons, Primavera prospects Devid Bouah, Andrea Marcucci and Alessio Riccardi have also been named in the 21-man squad.
It is the first call-up for all three teenagers.
