Once the purchase is completed, it is not possible to request a refund. The only procedure allowed if the tickets are not non-transferable and if there are no limitations imposed by the authorities, is to change the user of the same.

Children born after 1st January 2020 do not need a ticket. They will not occupy a seat but will be allowed to access with a paying adult,  showing an identity card at the entrances, and to sit on their guardian’s lap.

The 2024-25 Serie A season ticket includes all AS Roma Serie A home matches (with the exception of the Season Ticket in Curva Nord which includes 18 matches, having to exclude the home match against Lazio)

Through the specific function on the APP “IL MIO POSTO” you can choose the match and decide to resell it through the official channels of AS ROMA. If the ticket is sold through “Standard resale”, 55% will be recognized while with the “Personal resale” the refund will be equal to 40% of this amount which will be credited through a voucher spendable in TICKETING with a duration of 18 months from the day of accreditation.

2024/25 Season Tickets are only digital and can be activated on the dedicated App “Il Mio Posto”.
