Ticket Information: myASR account now required to buy match tickets

As a result of a recent change in Italian law, focused on rules for the secondary ticket market, fans will need to use their myASR account in order to purchase season tickets or single match tickets through the club's official ticket portal.

Fans will also need to ensure both their telephone number and email address are verified through the platform.

If you have not done so already, creating a myASR account is free, straightforward and comes with a host of additional benefits - including one-click sign-on to Roma TV+ and the club's online store.

For those who already have a myASR account, please ensure that both the phone number and email address attached to the account are verified and currently working.

To do so, either login to your account and head to the 'Contact' sub-heading or access myASR via the banner on the ticketing page. Doing so via this second method will automatically prompt you to make any updates that may be required in order to complete future purchases.

For new users, registration could not be simpler - you can do so either by completing the registration form, or by using one of your existing verified social presences as a starting point.
