Paloma Lazaro, Claudia Ciccotti, Manuela Giugliano, Valeria Pirone and Andressa Alves all got themselves on the scoresheet in the early kick-off, as Alessandro Spugna's side dealt with business in clinical fashion.
There could have been many more goals - for both sides - during the contest, although the Giallorosse always looked on course to pick up the first win of the group phase of the competition.
Spugna's side will now face Pomigliano as they look to book their place in the knockout rounds.
"We knew that they were going to be well-organised, and that with the numbers they defend in it was going to be hard to find space," Spugna said afterwards.
"But we did a good job of playing with the right amount of patience, waiting for the right openings to come. We could have scored even more goals in the second half."
