Gallery: Players return to training at Trigoria

Players returned to Trigoria for training on Wednesday, as the squad's intensive pre-season preparations continued apace.

Coach Luciano Spalletti gave the players both Monday and Tuesday off as reward for their hard work in Pinzolo over the previous week, but on Wednesday it was back to action as the players made their way to Trigoria.

In the morning the players worked out in the gym and then underwent a few drills out on the practice pitch, before recovering over lunch.

They then returned in the afternoon for a second set of exercises out on the pitch.
