Mohamed Salah scored his second goal in as many games as Egypt beat Ghana 2-0 in their World Cup 2018 qualifier on Sunday evening
The Roma forward was named in Hector Cuper’s starting eleven for the match and fired Egypt ahead in the 43rd minute, slotting home from the penalty spot.
The win puts Egypt top of their group with six points from two games. Uganda are currently second on four points, followed by Ghana on one and Congo bringing up the rear with zero points so far.
