Luciano Spalletti has named Leandro Paredes in midfield for Saturday's Serie A clash with Napoli at the Stadio San Paolo.
With both Bruno Peres and Kevin Strootman missing the trip, Spalletti has returned Alessandro Florenzi to right-back and installed Paredes in midfield alongside Daniele De Rossi and Radja Nainggolan - who scored the winner the last time the two sides met in April last season.
Diego Perotti, Mohamed Salah and Edin Dzeko complete Spalletti's strikeforce.
