Fans name their Player of the Month for September

Fans have overwhelmingly named Edin Dzeko as Roma's Player of the Month for September.

The striker was in prodigious form all month, scoring back-to-back braces against both Hellas Verona and Benevento - before following up with important goals against both Udinese and Qarabag.

With six goals in total, Dzeko was an obvious choice among the fans - beating out the likes of Alisson Becker, Aleksandar Kolarov and Stephan El Shaarawy for this month's prize.
