Roma fans have selected the toughest player and team the Giallorossi faced during 2017.
Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi was voted the toughest individual opponent Roma played against during the last 12 months, as he beat out Chievo Verona's Stefano Sorrentino and Napoli's Lorenzo Insigne in the Twitter poll.
Elsewhere, Atletico Madrid were selected by fans as the thoughest team the Giallorossi faced over the course of the calendar year.
In the Champions League the Giallorossi held on to secure a 0-0 draw with Diego Simeone's side at the Stadio Olimpico, but lost 2-0 in Spain.
However, Roma would eventually win Group C - with Atletico condemned to third and a place in the Europa League.
