The message was a show of support from the Giallorossi players towards Liverpool supporter Sean Cox, who remains in a critical condition in hospital after being attacked outside Anfield stadium last week, and the 53-year-old's family and friends.
On Saturday, Roma president Jim Pallotta told Italian reporters: “These games are great but they're not life and death. What's going on right now with Sean Cox in Liverpool, that's life and death and that affects his family.
"My prayers are for Sean and his family but it’s time now for things to change in Italy and in Rome.”
