DATES AND METHODS OF TICKET PURCHASE

From Tuesday, May 2^nd, to Friday May 5^th.

The online procedure involves the purchase of a pdf voucher that will entitle you to receive by email the ticket valid for access to  the BAYARENA in Leverkusen.

At all stages of sale,  a maximum of one ticket per transaction may be required.

The ticket in PDF format will be sent to the email address indicated when purchasing the voucher, by 6 pm on Tuesday, May 16.

STEPS OF BUYING VOUCHERS ON ASROMA.COM

PHASE 1: reserved for holders of Serie A Tim 2022/23 Season Ticket (Classic and Plus)

From May 2 at 12, to May 4 at 11:59am. To finalize  the purchase, fans are requested to enter their Season Ticket PNR in the appropriate field.

PHASE 2  (if any): Starting from May 4 at 12:30, until May 5 at 3pm.  Only one voucher can be purchased per transaction.

The purchase for this match will not constitute any right of first presale for the possible final.

On the recommendation of the host club,it will not be possible to choose the place and the assignment will take place starting from the SG1 sector.  For this match, in order to obtain the maximum available capacity, the guest sector will be configured in "Standing Room" mode (only availability of standing places).

INFORMATION ON TICKET OFFICES AND FOR ACCESS TO THE STADIUM

• The voucher obtained at the end of the purchase process does not constitute the ticket for access to the stadium.
• The ticket (admission ticket for  the BAYARENA stadium in Leverkusen) will be sent by  AS Roma within May 16, to the email address entered during the purchase on asroma.com. 
• The ticket will not show the name.  The personal details of the holder will be acquired for security purposes and transmitted to the Italian and German Authorities.  Any changes or errors  on the names communicated during the purchase phase must be reported to the email address trasferta@asroma.it or to the AS Roma Contact Center no later than May 5 at 3pm.  No further requests beyond this date will be considered. 
• During the purchase phase, during the pre-emption phase, it will also be possible to register the ticket to a name other than the one that holds the season ticket.
• The purchase of the ticket implies full acceptance of the regulations of use of the Stadium on the official website  of the host club,  as well as compliance with the AS Roma code of conduct available here.
• To access the Stadium it will be mandatory to present the printed ticket or  show it directly from the smartphone.
• Access to the guest sector will not be allowed with tickets valid for other sectors of the BAYARENA stadium.
• Disabled fans in wheelchairs must send an email to slo@asroma.it or dao@asroma.it. 

AS Roma also recommends all fans avoiding travel to Germany for the match without already having a valid ticket for the guest sector and carefully check the travel requirements of the local authorities.
