A massive European night at the Olimpico! Info for fans ahead of Real Madrid clash

A big night of European football awaits on Wednesday as Roma host Real Madrid on Matchday 2 of the Champions League.

The Stadio Olimpico will be the stage for a parade of stars in what promises to be a thrilling encounter – and once again the Giallorossi fans can make the difference.

Over 60,000 supporters are expected to fill the stands and cheer on the team.

Tickets are still available in the hospitality sections. Don't miss this unique opportunity!

Opening times

The Stadio Olimpico gates will open at 18:45. We recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before kick-off to be sure you can enjoy the event and avoid long queues at the turnstiles.

For any questions or needs, you can go to Box 4 in Via Nigra until kick-off. Alternatively, you can get in touch with the AS Roma Contact Center from three hours before kick-off, by phone (+39 06.89386000), by email, or by filling in the Contact Form here.

Digital tickets and season tickets

Match tickets and season tickets are available in digital format only.

Make sure you have the ticket correctly saved on your phone before you get to the Stadio Olimpico:

- Season tickets are available only in the Il Mio Posto app. If you haven't done so already, we recommend activating your cup season ticket before you reach the stadium by inserting the PNR number and date of birth in the relevant function on the home page of the app.

- Match tickets are available in the Il Mio Posto app or can be added to the Wallet of your iOS or Android smartphone. Tickets in your Wallet can be used to access the turnstiles using NFC technology, by moving your smartphone close to the reader.

Please note: screenshots of tickets and season tickets cannot be used to enter the stadium, so please ensure the ticket can be correctly accessed on your device before you reach the turnstiles.

If you are unable to come to the game, use official AS Roma channels only for transferring your ticket:

- Change holder, where applicable, via the service available on the club's website, no later than 21:00 on 14 October

Selling tickets or season tickets through any platform or channel other those provided by the club is not permitted, even at a lower price than the purchase price.

For more information, see the full guide to Digital Tickets and Season Tickets.

Stop Secondary Ticketing

We remind you that any Secondary Ticketing violations regarding AS Roma tickets and season tickets can be reported to the club through the form available here.

If anything unusual occurs or arises regarding the sale of a ticket, it will be blocked immediately. The club has already done this in several cases that were brought to its attention by fans through this form.

Matchday Roma Stores

Three mobile stores with a wide range of products will be available before the match: one in Via delle Olimpiadi, next to the Stadio Pietrangeli, one in Piazzale della Monte Mario, and one at the entrance to the Tribuna Tevere, near the obelisk.

These stores will remain open during and after the match.

Parking areas for disabled persons

Tribuna Tevere (wheelchair users)

Spectators with a valid pass and a disabled ticket or season ticket for Tribuna Tevere (tariff for wheelchair user + chaperone) can park in Via Nigra. Spaces are limited and are only available while they last.

Tribuna Monte Mario (wheelchair users)

"Food for the Community"

AS Roma's Food for the Community initiative with Caritas will continue this season. Leftover food from the Stadio Olimpico hospitality areas is collected and distributed among needy communities around Rome.

"Unstoppable - Superiamo gli Ostacoli"

The dedicated transport service for disabled Roma fans who use a wheelchair – Unstoppable – Superiamo gli Ostacoli (Let’s Overcome Obstacles) – will also be offered again this season.

For all home games, KINTO – Global Mobility Brand of the Toyota Group and AS Roma’s Mobility Service Provider – will once again provide a fleet of Toyota vehicles which have been specially adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Thanks to the collaboration of Arvalia Civil Protection, who have supported the initiative since 2022, volunteers will help transporting fans to the stadium and back to their homes, as well as assisting them throughout the match.

Reservations can be made from 9.00 to 18.00 (until 14.00 the day before the match) by all fans with a ticket or season ticket.

Quiet Room for fans with sensory impairments

Another initiative continuing in the 2026/27 season is the AS Roma Quiet Room – an area the club has set aside in the Monte Mario Stand for fans with sensory impairments, with the support of Sport e Salute.

The Quiet Room offers fans a place where they can experience the thrill of a match away from the crowds, loud noises, bright lights and other stimuli which they may find hard to deal with, instead turning matchday into a unique and relaxing experience.
