Dybala and Malen discuss victory over Parma!

Following Roma’s breathtaking away win over Parma, Paulo Dybala and Donyell Malen were interviewed by Sky Sport.

Here’s what our players had to say!

Dybala

We’ve talked a lot about this group, who have an extraordinary characteristic: even when things get very difficult, they never give up.

“Absolutely. This is a team who give it their all until the very end. Throughout the week, we work very hard at training. We give it everything every day to get to the game and play as we did tonight. I believe that today we showed the grit and the ambition of a team who want to secure a spot in the Champions League. We know that it doesn’t depend on us, but we’ll fight until the end.”

You’re almost at the end of your contract. Today you showed that you’re in great shape. Your assist was brilliant. Do you have any news on your future?

“To be honest, I don’t. I’d like to know something about my future too. But as of now, my contract expires in two matches. The only thing I can say is that the upcoming derby will probably be my last game in front of Roma fans.”

So a decision has been made.

“That’s what is stated in my contract.”

And what do you think about it?

“I have my own opinion and I’m going to keep it to myself. We’ll see what happens once the season is over.”

Malen

You’ve scored 13 goals in four months. Choosing to come to Italy was definitely a great idea on your part, since you’re making the most of your attributes in this league.

“I’m very happy to be here. The club is amazing. I really like it here and I can play my football.”
