By activating healthcare facility networks in collaboration with the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital (AS Roma’s Official Medical Partner), the Local Health Authority Roma 1 and the Local Health Authority Roma 3, women were offered hundreds of free medical consultations, check-ups and gynecological, breast, thyroid, osteoporosis, and colorectal screenings over the weekend of 8 March.
To show the club’s engagement, Amelia Aulicino and Caterina Iannaccone, two players from AS Roma’s U20 Women’s team, went to the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital of Trigoria, together with the club mascot Romina to meet the doctors and patients who took part in the initiative on behalf of the entire club.
