International Childhood Cancer Day: AS Roma supports hospitality houses for young patients and their families

AS Roma’s initiative supports four facilities in Rome that provide aid to young cancer patients and their families who are forced to travel long distances to receive treatment; these organisations welcome them and provide psychological support.

The following hospitality houses for patients and caregivers, “A.G.O.P. ETS - La Casa a Colori”, “Associazione Davide Ciavattini Onlus,” “Associazione Andrea Tudisco ODV” and “CasAmica ODV,” have received some signed shirts that will help the centres organise fundraisers in support of their activities.

This is how the club has decided to celebrate International Childhood Cancer Day, a global event that seeks to raise awareness of childhood cancer and support children and teenagers with cancer, survivors and all their families.
