AS Roma are delighted to announce the signing of Katrine Veje. She has signed a contract that will keep her at the club until 30 June 2026.
Born in 1991, Katrine is a left back and central defender who began her career in Denmark with MG&BK.
Her professional career has taken her to the United States, France, Sweden and England, where she played for Arsenal, Everton and Crystal Palace.
During her career she has won seven league titles with Seattle Reign, Brøndby, FC Rosengaard and Arsenal, as well as several national cups.
In 2006 she began representing Denmark at youth level and has gone on to earn 171 caps for the senior national team. She was involved in the European Championships this summer in Switzerland.
Veje has chosen the number 2 shirt jersey.
