Manuela Giugliano extends contract with Roma Women

Giugliano, a full Italy international, has agreed an extension that now runs until 30 June 2025.

Having joined the Giallorosse ahead of the 2019-20 season, Giugliano was named the AIC Player of the Year in 2019 and has been named in the Serie A Top 11 of the season for the last three campaigns running.

"I am delighted with this renewal, at Roma I feel good and I have found a stability that I have never had anywhere else," Giugliano said.

Giugliano has made 67 appearances for the club to date, scoring 13 goals and providing a further 17 assists.

During the 2021-22 campaign she captained the side on eight occasions.

"Since I've been here this city has been exciting for me, and the fans have helped me understand from the very first day what it means to represent this team," the No. 10 added.

"For all these reasons I can't wait to continue to make history here."
