The Giallorossi bounced back from the narrow first leg loss in Norway by beating Salernitana 2-1 in Serie A on Sunday, courtesy of late strikes from Carles Perez and Chris Smalling.
That match - that saw Leonardo Spinazzola take up a place in the matchday squad for the first time this term - kept Roma in the hunt for a top-four place and will have provided a lift going into a crunch tie as Jose Mourinho’s side aim to reach the Europa Conference League semi finals.
Bodo/Glimt also picked up a late 2-1 win at the weekend and they know that a draw will be enough for the Norwegian champions to progress, while a one-goal Roma win would force extra time and possibly penalties.
The visitors must make do without suspended coach Knutsen at the Stadio Olimpico but Bodo/Glimt have a full playing squad at their disposal.

DANGER MAN
Ola Solbakken
Solbakken was our pick for the first leg but eventually missed out at the last minute due to illness.
He is now expected to return to the starting XI, though, having come on as a 73rd-minute substitute in the 2-1 victory over Sandefjord on Sunday.
And, with the scores level at 1-1 when he entered the fold, it was Solbakken who teed up Ulrik Saltnes for the winner.
He has seven goals and two assists in the UECL alone this term and will pose a serious threat from the right, while skipper Saltnes will also require close attention after scoring in back-to-back matches.
They may have lost the first leg, but Roma have not suffered back-to-back European defeats since December 2018.
The Giallorossi are unbeaten in 11 home games in the knockout stages of Europe (W9, D2), and have scored in every one of those matches - at an average of 2.2 goals per game.
Meanwhile, Bodo are unbeaten in each of their last six away games in UEFA competition, but they have won just one of those fixtures and lost 10 of their previous 15 (W3, D2, L10) on their continental travels.

WHAT THEY SAID
"It was a tough match, but I don't think we deserved to lose. It will be a different game when we play at home in Rome in front of our supporters. I believe we will win and make it to the semi-finals."
- Lorenzo Pellegrini after the first leg
