Leading 3-0 from the first leg, goals from Emilie Haavi and Valeria Pirone ensured the Giallorosse overcame an early setback to win 2-1 and move on to the semi-finals.
Alessandro Spugna's side - the holders of the competition - could and perhaps should have scored more in the second half at Stadio Tre Fontane, but nonetheless navigated the contest with the minimum of fuss.
The first leg against Empoli, who knocked Fiorentina out of the competition earlier on Sunday, will take place in mid-March, with the second leg scheduled for the end of April/start of March.
