Ticket information: Three pack, Cagliari and Lecce matches

Following the latest restrictions imposed on stadiums by the Italian government, the club would like to inform supporters that unfortunately tickets for the upcoming home matches against Cagliari and Lecce, along with the special Three Pack that includes those games, have all been CANCELLED and will be REFUNDED.

Purchases made through the club's official channels

All tickets bought across official club channels will be automatically cancelled and refunded. The refunds will be returned to the same payment method used, whether that be credit card, Paypal account or via bank transfer.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days and will appear on February statements (at the latest). The exact timing for refunds depends on individual banks.

If tickets were bought with a gift card or other voucher, those will be re-credited with the relevant amount withing 30 days.

Unfortunately it will not be possible to process refunds for tickets bought from other, non-official channels.

Details for season ticket holders

Given that it will now be impossible for all season ticket holders to attend the upcoming games affected by the legal changes, further information will be communicated on this issue in the coming days.

Away tickets

Tickets in DISTINTO NORD OVEST (the away section), bought on vivaticket.com, will also be cancelled and refunded.

Tickets bought via the Tlite Vivaticket platform will not be refunded automatically - the purchaser will need to apply for a refund via the following portal: https://shop.vivaticket.com/ita/rimborsi

Finally, the club would like to inform all supporters that over the next few days further announcements will be made regarding the recent stadium capacity reduction rules (maximum of 5,000 fans) applied in Italy.
