The Giallorosse took the lead through Lucia Di Guglielmo but were increasingly pegged back as the game wore on, with Martina Rosucci and Barbara Staskova eventually notching the goals that ensured the Bianconere ran out victors.
Substitute Staskova's winning header came with just four minutes remaining.
"We conceded two goals, one a hopeful strike from distance and another from set-pieces where we know they are dangerous," coach Alessandro Spugna said.
"They threatened little but took all the points. It is what it is. We have to focus on our first half performance, build on that, and then analyse the rest of the game and work on what we find.
"This was a big game, a great game to play in, but it isn't decisive for our season."
