Nicola Zalewski made his full international debut on Sunday night, as he came on as a substitute in Poland's World Cup qualifying victory over San Marino.
Poland won the game 7-1, with Zalewski providing an assist for Buksa's injury-time strike.
Two other Roma players were in action on Sunday night - as Marash Kumbulla helped Albania to a 1-0 win over Hungary, while Henrikh Mkhitaryan was involved as Armenia succumbed to a 6-0 defeat against Germany.
Earlier in the day, meanwhile, Eldor Shomurodov got himself on the scoresheet as Uzbekistan lost in a friendly to Sweden.
Shomurodov, who started the game, grabbed a consolation for his country in the 71st minute.
