Bologna 2-4 Primavera: Winning finish to league campaign

The Giallorossi will now face Atalanta in the play-off phase of the competition, looking to book a place in the semi-finals in the race for this season's national title.

Alberto De Rossi's side roared out into a 3-0 lead thanks to goals from Filippo Tripi (2) and Nicola Zalewski - before Mory Bamba made it 4-0 after half-time.

Bologna slowly clawed their way back into the match, but not to the extent that the result ever looked in any real doubt.

"I'm really pleased," De Rossi said. "The boys never got their approach wrong.

"This means they prepared well for the match. Today's opponents were really good, they got themselves back into the game - but we stayed with it and we got the win.
