The Giallorossi go into the game with pride on the line, looking to end a disappointing domestic campaign with a valuable win over their arch-rivals.
The game at the Stadio Olimpico gets underway at 20:45 CEST.
"We can't wait to get out there for that game," Kumbulla told Roma TV.
"Especially thinking about how the first meeting went, where we got it wrong. We want to win it for the fans who will be watching from home - especially because we want them back with us."
Kumbulla played 90 minutes on Wednesday night as the Giallorossi fell to a 3-1 away defeat to champions Inter.
"We knew they would be really dangerous on the counter attack," he noted.
"We could have done better for their goals, we need to keep improving.
"My season? I would have like to have helped the team out a bit more but, considering this is the first season I've been away from home, it's gone okay.
"As a team we wanted to do better but what's done is done and now we all hope to finish off the season as best as we can."
