Coach Paulo Fonseca has offered his initial thoughts about the fixture list for the new Serie A season.
On Wednesday the calendar for the 2020-21 campaign was unveiled, with Roma drawn to face Hellas Verona away on the opening day of the season.
Juventus are then the visitors to the Stadio Olimpico the following week, ensuring it will be a combative first few weeks for the Giallorossi.
"We've got a tough start against Verona," Fonseca said. "It's always tough against them.
"And then we face Juventus at home. It'll be a complicated start to the season. As I always say though, we have to make sure we take things game by game."
