Roma’s updated fixture schedule for the rest of March has been officially confirmed.
The Giallorossi will not be in action this weekend, after our scheduled game at home to Sampdoria on Sunday was postponed.
The game at the Stadio Olimpico has been delayed in order to allow Sampdoria to catch up on its own game against Hellas Verona, which was itself postponed last weekend as a safety precaution related to the Covid-19 outbreak.
Roma’s home match against Sampdoria will now take place on Sunday, March 15 – with kick-off at 20:45 local time.
Roma’s other Serie A match this month, away to AC Milan, will now take place on Sunday, March 22. Kick-off at the San Siro will be at 18:00 local time.
That means Roma’s home game against Udinese, originally scheduled for March 22, has been temporarily postponed, and will now likely take place after the upcoming international break.
All matches in Italy throughout March will be played behind closed doors, following a directive issued by the Italian football association (FIGC) earlier in the week.
That also includes Roma’s Europa League meeting with Sevilla at the Olimpico on March 19.
Fans will be able to watch the first leg in Seville, however, as the two sides battle it out for a place in the quarter-finals of the competition.
