Roma to play behind closed doors in Italy until April 3

AS Roma will play all games in Italy for the next month behind closed doors.

The Italian football association (FIGC), following guidance from the Italian government, have confirmed that all professional football matches in Italy will be played in empty stadiums until April 3.

The decision has been made in the wake of the recent Covid-19 - commonly referred to as coronavirus – outbreak, as a matter of public safety.

All Serie A matches taking place over the next month will therefore be played without supporters in attendance.

Lega Serie A are expected to confirm the rearranged dates for games which have already been postponed in the near future, as well as any amendments to the forthcoming fixture list.

Further information, including ticket updates, will be communicated in the coming days.
