Wednesday evening's game against Athletic Club will be shown live on the club's official social media channels.
The game, which gets underway at Perugia's Stadio Renato Curi at 20:00 CEST, will be broadcast to fans around the world - with the exception of Spain, where the Basque club will broadcast the action.
In Italy the match will also be shown on Roma TV.
Paulo Fonseca's side go into the game on the back of two friendly games last week - beating Perugia 3-1 and then French side Lille 3-2.
They face Real Madrid in the Mabel Green Cup this Sunday.
