Women's World Cup: Bartoli, Pipitone and Serturini are going!

Three Roma Women players have been named in Italy's 23-women squad for the forthcoming Women's World Cup in France.

With two weeks to go until the tournament gets underway, all participating countries were asked to submit their final squads by Friday evening.

Italy coach Milena Bertolini has named three Giallorosse players in her squad: Elisa Bartoli, Rosalia Pipitone and Annamaria Serturini are all included.

The Azzurre will face Jamaica, Brazil and Australia in the group stages of the tournament.

Jamaica will also have Roma representation: Allyson Swaby and Trudi Carter were both named in the Reggae Girlz's squad when it was confirmed earlier in the week.
