Esports: Roma and Fnatic part ways with 'Zimme'

After two successful seasons of competitive FIFA under the Roma Fnatic banner, Simon 'Zimme' Nystedt and the organisations have mutually agreed to part ways.

The 20-year-old Swedish FIFA player was signed in October 2017 in London at the start of the FIFA 18 season. A three-time champion, two-time Gfinity Elite Series champion and the player with the largest margin of victory in organisation history - a 14-1 win over 'Artigriezmann' - 'Zimme' holds the highest individual winning percentage in Roma Esports history.

"As the first ever title-winning player on our roster, the importance of 'Zimme' can never be understated. He will always hold a special place in the hearts of everyone within the organization," said team manager Colin Johnson. "We wish him nothing but good luck and success in the rest of his professional career."

Roma and Fnatic would like to thank 'Zimme' for his two years of hard work and dedication and wish him great success in his future endeavours.
