The game, which gets underway at 17:45 in Doha (15:45 Rome, 09:45 Eastern) will be streamed live on the tournament's official Facebook and Youtube accounts.
The young Giallorossi, coached by Fabrizio Piccareta, have beaten the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Kashiwa Reysol and Spartak Moscow on the way to the final.
On Wednesday they overcame Aspire Academy on penalties to book their spot in the tournament decider.
Rangers, meanwhile, have been in fine form during the tournament - beating Reysol 5-1 and Tunisian side Etoile 7-0 on their way through the rounds.

Roma are the first Italian side to reach the final of the competition since 2012, when Juventus were beaten on penalties by Paris Saint-Germain.
"It will be great to face Rangers," Piccareta said. "I have a great affinity for Scotland, because I did my UEFA coaching course there - so it's like a second home to me."
He added: "My philosophy, and that of the club, is not to overload the boys with too many details about their opponents. At the youth level we believe in having the right approach, where we try to mold our players in the right way in every aspect."
Good luck, boys!
