Spalletti: Saturday is like a final

“It’s a vital match to the future of Roma,” the Giallorossi boss said at his pre-match press conference. “If the players don’t play with the right level of focus then nothing will go right. They need to look at it as the most important final we’ll ever play.”

Spalletti will be taking charge of his third match since returning to Roma, following the home draw against Verona and away defeat to Juventus.

“We need to pick ourselves up and give more than we did in the last two games, even though we have made some progress. You pick up the points at the weekend, but they’re earned through hard work in the week. We’re ready to do that.”
